Ideation and Prototyping has made me more conscious of my time than any other class/activity that I have engaged in before. When I started out in this class, I was not exactly the person that would plan out his day/schedule because I like to “be free’, however, as the things on my plate increased, I realized that I had to step up and plan my time more effectively.

One of the ways that I have done this has been through the “Wunderlist” app. This app has been so good with helping me plan my time in the sense that it reminds me of what to do (A lot of the time my problem is that I forget what I need to do, so having the app to remind me helps me prioritize what I need to do). Also while I work, I have also adopted a hybrid version of the Pomodoro method (Keep my phone away and just try to focus on only my work and nothing else until I feel that I have done a substantial amount of work) and it has been working well for me so far.
I have also been more cognizant of my ideas and the need to document them, so I have documented ideas ( potential jokes for my standup or Youtube, plans for class assignments, etc.) in my sketchbook (Google Keep). I chose to use Google Keep as my sketchbook because I carry my phone everywhere, so it would be easy to document an idea if it came to me instantly.
